Hi! I’m Holly, a Somatic Psychotherapist.
I help people who feel broken, damaged or simply, “not good enough”. I specialize in helping people heal from traumatic experiences, dysfunctional families, and wounds from the past. You may not know what to expect from therapy, but you know you need to find some sense of balance so you can move forward. Stress, anxiety, and depression are highly prevalent in our lives, and sometimes people need help and support in dealing with difficult situations.
I specialize in somatic psychology that has found success in using a mind/body approach to psychotherapy. I've been trained in EMDR and Somatic Experiencing with special attention in helping adults work through traumatic or stressful experiences. My client base is comprised of: Survivors of traumatic events including childhood abuse, divorce, death, emotional and physical abuse, hoarding, and toxic relationships.
I love working with people who have experienced difficult life events because survivors of trauma are some of the most courageous people I have ever met. I'm compassionate but most importantly, I am committed to my clients' healing.
I want my clients to live life, not just survive life.
